It seems as though so many are struggling and facing difficulty on several fronts all at once (including myself) so today I want to talk about having a biblical perspective on hardship. You could also call it a theology of suffering which is essential for the believer.
God is not silent when it comes to suffering. He is compassionate and gracious, but in order to experience the fullness of the comfort He offers and remain steadfast, we must frame our emotions and circumstances under the authority and truth of scripture.
