I've always struggled with the idea that we are living in the last days. I couldn't really put my finger on why because although I had heard several sermons on the end times, none of it really ever made a lot of sense to me. It all seemed complicated and over my head.
However, over the last few years, I have explored this area more deeply and found hope that I never expected.
(Please note that I do NOT believe this is a salvation issue. Wherever you land on this topic doesn't change your eternity. I will say though that where you stand on it may very well affect your daily life more than you think)
Today Wes joins me to take what we talked about in the last episode a step further to answer how and why this perspective affects our daily lives as wives and moms.

Hey there, we do not believe that everything in Revelation is in the past(just most of it)And there are some passages in the New Testament that refer to his return. So no, it’s not a recipe for complacency. In fact it’s a message of hope because we believe that Jesus is in fact going to fulfill the great commission on earth (through His church)and then return. I encourage you to listen to the final episode which is the one after this one!

How is this hopeful? To believe it’s all in the past, we are just left to float along not believing Jesus is not coming back. This sounds like a recipe for complacency.
